Our Global Architecture & Urbanism Division combines the expertise of IBI\xe2\x80\x99s Buildings and Placemaking practice, our Places\xe2\x80\x99 capabilities, and CRTKL\xe2\x80\x99s multi-sector design leadership to offer a diverse range of solutions focusing on human-centric design, sustainability, and technology. Arcadis seeks an Architectural Technologist to join our High-Rise Residential and Mixed-Use Team located in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a diverse and creative team dedicated to excellence in design and innovative problem solving, with technical experience, and a drive to succeed. Working with Project Architects and the Project Team on multiple project assignments, you will be involved in design development, construction documentation and contract administration phases. Role Accountabilities: This role will be integral in the preparation of design and working drawings on a variety of projects using Revit. You will also be involved in the preparation of documents for Design Development, Building Permit and Tender phases as well as assisting with feasibility studies. Effective coordination with other architectural, engineering disciplines and external consultants will be key in the preparation of high quality coordinated documents.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma in Architectural Technology or Degree in Architecture
• At least one year of experience in an architectural firm is preferred
• MUST have hands-on experience and proficiency with Revit; should have good AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software knowledge and experience
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills with an ability to work within a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Ability to perform Building Code Reviews
• As part of your application submission, you must provide your PORTFOLIO OF WORK or samples in either PDF form that is under 10MB or a link to your design website

Salary range is $60,000 to $75,000 per year.
