Job Description
We are looking for a new team member to join our team to do site measurement for our drafting team. Please see below the job responsibilities, pre-requisites, and qualities we are looking for. Job Responsibilities:
- Independently measure existing buildings for floor plans & elevations for drafting purposes.
- Communicate with client on-site
- Drive to the site to perform site measurement
- Communicate with team members for site measurement schedule
- Co-ordinate & properly clarify measurement that was previously measured with team members
- Complete measurement in a timely manner
- Provide assistance to team members for basic office administrative work
- May need to work outside regular working hours if required (no weekend)
- Valid G License with a good standing
- Basic drafting skills & knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Able to carry measurement equipment on-site (approx 20 lbs)
- A college/university degree related to Architectural Design is preferred
- Must be punctual
- Effective time management
- Effective team communication
- Must be able to work in a team environment effectively

- Markham, ON L3R 0H6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
- Architectural Technologists & Technicians: 1 year (required)
- Revit: 1 year (required)
