Architectural Technologist / Intern Architect

About Us
We are an architectural design firm licensed to practice in Alberta by AAA. You will participate in real projects from concept through permit and construction documentation with direct mentorship from senior architects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare coordinated permit/construction drawing packages in AutoCAD/Revit (BIM); assist with code/bylaw compliance and submissions.
- Collaborate with designers, consultants, contractors, and project managers to deliver high-quality documents.
- Support design development and documentation across all phases; attend meetings/site activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Certificate or Master's degree in Architecture/Architectural Technology.- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (bilingual proficiency required).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit; Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp is an asset.
- Local residential design experience preferred; understanding of codes/bylaws is an asset.
