Architectural Technologist & Project Estimator

to join our dynamic team -- someone who loves turning creative concepts into detailed, buildable realities.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with our sales, design and construction teams to bring residential projects from concept to completion.
- Prepare accurate drawings, layouts, and construction documents.
- Develop precise cost estimates, budgets, and material take-offs.
- Work closely with clients, suppliers, and our Project Manager to keep projects on time and on budget.
- Contribute ideas that make every project smarter, smoother, and better looking!

What We're Looking For:

Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field Experience with residential renovation projects (bonus if you've worked hands-on in the field!) Proficiency with AutoCAD Strong attention to detail and a love for problem-solving A positive, collaborative attitude -- we're a tight-knit team that loves what we do!
