Addison Grace Design is an exciting environment where creativity and beautiful design light up our clients\' world. We are looking for an Architectural Design Technologist. You will be responsible for assisting the Interior Designer, creating floor plans, construction documents, elevations, renderings, and design packages. This position is temporary, part time, and requires daytime hours. The position does have the opportunity to lead into a permanent position. We are committed to:
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Flexible Language Requirement:

- Assisting the Interior Designer
- Completing floor plans, elevations, and renderings
- Create and complete permit ready drawings
- Completing specification requirements
- Keep current on local and national building code, bylaws, and industry standards
- 3+ years experience in the design and/or construction industry
- Ability to read building code and bylaws
- Be able to work autonomously and as a team
- Professionalism and attention to detail
- Values creativity and quality service with clients
- High School Diploma is required
- Valid drivers licence and vehicle is required
- Sketchup Experience is required
- Interior Design Technology Diploma, Architectural Technology, or similar is required
- Supportive and creative environment

- Monday to Friday
- Sketchup: 2 years (preferred)
- Interior Design or Architectural: 1 year (preferred)
