EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST to be based in Chilliwack, BC Ian Moxon Architect Inc. is seeking a full-time Architectural Technologist. Position Responsibilities:
- Assist senior staff with the design, production, and approval of commercial and residential projects.
- Display honesty, integrity and trust.
- Continually develop and enhance personal and professional skills.
- Diploma in Architectural Technology or a related discipline from an accredited Canadian institution.
- Working knowledge of construction practices, Building Codes and Land Use bylaws.
- Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Good ability to receive, record, and initiate directions.
- Motivation while working both independently and as part of a team.
- Effective time management skills.
