As an Architectural Technologist at Ultimate Renovations, you will take your career to the next level by designing jaw-dropping residential home transformations. Drafting technical plans and beautiful renderings, you will craft new floorplans and special features to make our clients dreams a reality. Capitalizing on your CAD and creative skills, you will thrive in an environment that has produced award winning designs for over four decades.
As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for the following:

• Working closely with our design and production teams to translate renovation requests and site measurements into technical plans and 3D renderings
• Revising drawings and renderings to reflect any changes to scope of work and/or selections during the design phase
• Producing pre and post production 3D renderings based on plans and after photos
• Assisting with applying for Building and Development Permits
  

On your resume we will be looking for the following qualifications:

• A technical certification in architecture/building technologies from a recognized institution
• A minimum of 1-2 years\' of design and drafting experience (working on residential projects is considered an asset)
• Experience using Chief Architect software
• Experience working with a team of designers and/or project managers, such that you know how to translate multiple streams of feedback and input into a finished design
• Previous customer facing and/or site measure experience would be considered an asset
