About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Junior Architectural Technician with 2-3 years of industry experience to join our drafting and design team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong in CAD, Revit, and BIM, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting modular and residential projects.

What You'll Do

Prepare and revise architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, 3D models, and BIM components. Produce modular building shop drawings aligned with internal standards. Ensure compliance with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and applicable standards. Collaborate with senior staff, project managers, and production to resolve design questions. Maintain organized drawing files and adhere to drafting processes. Conduct basic code research (OBC, CSA?A277, QAI).

What You Bring

Diploma in Architectural Technology or related field. 2-3 years of architectural drafting or similar experience. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required). Strong proficiency in Revit (required). Experience with BIM workflows. Familiarity with the Ontario Building Code. BCIN is an asset but not required. Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
