bring extensive knowledge of architectural and construction processes,
specifications, and accessibility standards, ensuring each project aligns with
the client's mission and vision, while anticipating growth and evolution.
What You Bring
Educational design experience in
commercial and residential architecture
in Canada.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead a team on large, complex projects.
Proficiency in
sketching, communicating concepts
, and ensuring project deliverables are accurate, on budget, and on schedule.
Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.
Leadership abilities to mentor junior staff and guide projects from concept to completion.
Your Education & Certifications
Certificate or Diploma
in Architectural Technical Drafting
Proficiency in
Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and MS Office
.
