Everest Construction has an immediate requirement for a Building Superintendent in the Calgary and surrounding area. If you are a construction professional with 10+ years of experience constructing building infrastructure scopes of work we want to meet you! In addition to the above, the following requirements are assets for the position:
- Valid Class 5 drivers licence and reliable vehicle to commute to work
- Strong communicator
- Successful track record managing project costs and meeting project budgets
- Relationship focused individual with skills on developing networks
- Has experience dealing directly with consultants and clients
- Safety focused with certificates in standard or advanced first aid, equipment operation, fall protection
- Positive attitude and works well on a team
- Innovative approach to problem solving
- Managing Trade Contractors Effectively
