Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and metal roofing, with the ability to read blueprints. This role involves various tasks related to the installation, repair, and maintenance of standing seam metal roofs. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency with hand tools and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal products according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements Utilize hand tools and machinery for cutting, bending, and shaping metal Execute caulking and sealing of joints to ensure durability and efficiency Collaborate with team members on construction projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols
Experience
Proven experience in sheet metal work or a related field. Familiarity with hand tools, and other machinery used in metal fabrication Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
