Job Summary Holten Impex, a leading supplier of quality tiles and building materials, is looking for an experienced Architectural Sales Consultant to join our architectural division. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, building and nurturing new and existing relationships with the architecture and design community, and managing and achieving sales targets. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell Holten Impex\'s products to the architecture and design community.
- Monitor specifications and participate in tenders once the projects are tendered.
- Establish and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the company\'s customer base.
- Establish a marketing plan that provides for coverage of local and remote clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to architects, designers, and other customers to promote Holten Impex\'s products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customers\' needs are met and to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Holten Impex\'s products and services.
- A Bachelor degree in interior design, business or marketing-related field
- 2-3 years of sales experience in the architecture and design industry or tile industry.
- A creative mind with a keen eye for design, detail, visual content and creative copy
- A self-starter who is confident, able to manage, plan and work with little supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
- A real team player who can \xe2\x80\x98team\xe2\x80\x99 across functions and regions in pursuit of company goals
