Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in architectural design and project management within a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about architecture, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to various projects ranging from renovations to new builds.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development of architectural designs and plans using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and Rhinoceros 3D. Participate in project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Conduct construction estimating to support project proposals and client presentations. Collaborate with senior architects and project managers on business development initiatives. Prepare detailed drawings and models for presentations and client meetings. Support the renovation and building processes by conducting site visits and inspections. Engage in negotiations with vendors and subcontractors as needed.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture or a related field. Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and Rhinoceros 3D. Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and project management practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively. Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. A passion for architecture with an eagerness to learn about the industry.

Pay: $36,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
