We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Architectural Interior & Exterior Products Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving around the city to identify potential construction sites and renovation projects, building relationships with contractors, architects, and builders, and promoting our innovative product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Visits: Regularly drive around the city to scout for construction sites, renovations, and commercial projects that may benefit from our products.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and architectural sectors.
- Product Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of our architectural interior and exterior products to effectively communicate their benefits and applications to clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share in the designated area.
- Client Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing how our products can meet their specific needs.
- Network Development: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand your professional network.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project leads in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, architecture, or interior design industry.
- Strong understanding of architectural products and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the city and GTA
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary plus commission structure based on sales performance.
