Responsibilities



Develop conceptual designs and schematic layouts that align with project goals and client visions. Create detailed drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or MicroStation to ensure accuracy and clarity. Utilize SketchUp, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D, and 3ds Max to produce realistic visualizations and 3D models that communicate design intent effectively. Prepare schematics, system designs, interior layouts, and mechanical concepts with precision for various project phases. Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and construction teams to integrate structural systems, mechanical elements, and graphic components seamlessly. Conduct drafting reviews, quality checks, and revisions to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle. Support project presentations through compelling visualizations including 2D animations and graphic design elements that captivate stakeholders.

Qualifications



Proven experience in architectural design with proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation or SolidWorks. Strong skills in SketchUp, Rhino 3D (including Grasshopper), 3ds Max (3ds ), and other visualization tools for creating realistic renderings. Knowledge of schematic development, construction documentation, system design, interior design principles, and mechanical integration. Familiarity with drafting standards, building codes, construction processes, and technical specifications. Ability to produce detailed schematics and technical drawings for complex architectural projects. Experience in graphic design or 2D animation is a plus for enhancing project presentations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
