We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative design and a keen eye for detail. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to creating exceptional architectural solutions for residential and multifamily projects. Duties:

- Collaborate with the drafting team to develop design concepts and construction documents
- Utilize software Revit, Sketch Up, AutoCAD for drafting and design
- Create detailed drawings and presentations
- Assist in project management tasks including coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Contribute to the development of sustainable and environmentally conscious designs

Experience:

- Proficiency in Revit for drafting and detailing
- Knowledge of Sketchup or similar 3D modeling software
- Ability to computerize designs and collaborate effectively with team members
- Strong communication skills and the ability to fabricate design ideas effectively
- Prior experience in architectural design or related field is required
