Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and a keen eye for detail, bringing creative solutions to architectural challenges. This role requires proficiency in various design software and a solid understanding of construction processes. The Architectural Designer will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other team members to develop comprehensive architectural plans that meet project specifications and client needs.

Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs and plans using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Create 3D models and renderings using tools like Rhinoceros 3D, Grasshopper 3D, and 3ds Max. Prepare detailed schematics and drafting documents for construction projects. Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing. Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather information for design development. Utilize Bluebeam for document management and project coordination. Engage in graphic design tasks to enhance presentation materials for client meetings. Assist in system design and mechanical design aspects of projects as needed. Contribute to interior design elements to create cohesive environments. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations throughout the design process.

Experience

Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, MicroStation, SolidWorks, ArchiCAD, 3ds Max, Grasshopper 3D, and Rhinoceros 3D is essential. Strong background in drafting techniques and construction principles. Experience in graphic design or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with interior design concepts and mechanical design processes is beneficial. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
