We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Architectural Designer

to join our dynamic design team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both residential and commercial construction projects, utilizing advanced drafting and modeling tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for innovative architectural solutions. Duties



Develop detailed architectural drawings, schematics, and blueprints using CAD software such as Revit & AutoCAD primarily. Create 3D models and visualizations with SketchUp to effectively communicate design concepts. Prepare comprehensive project documentation including specifications, presentation materials, and reports utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint) and be fluent with Word & Excel functions. Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and team members to ensure design accuracy and project feasibility. Review construction documents and schematics to ensure compliance with building codes for each city/municipality, standards, and client requirements. Assist in project management tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking. Conduct analysis of design options considering structural integrity, sustainability, cost-efficiency, and aesthetic appeal to send to our certified structural engineer. Participate in occasional site visits for construction oversight, and quality assurance with client or subcontractor. Maintain organized digital files and drawings for efficient project workflow, and uploading drawings (as of

) on the company SharePoint on a regular/reasonable basis.

Qualifications



Proven experience with architectural design software including Revit, AutoCAD,

to have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Strong knowledge of residential & commercial construction processes. Excellent drafting skills combined with analysis capabilities for evaluating design options.

Fluency in English

; bilingual is a bonus. Exceptional communication skills--both verbal and written--and presentation abilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, perform simultaneously under tight deadlines. Knowledge of blueprint reading and construction documentation standards. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams/sub-trades. Technical expertise in computer skills related to CAD software, schematics development, time management tools, and Microsoft Office (GoDaddy - Outlook, SharePoint, Word/Excel/PPT) applications.
