are entertainment enthusiasts committed to personalized service and a fun/safe gaming environment!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet all guests with a smile Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times Assist in maintaining presentation and working condition of the arcade games Inform guests about current offering and specials and practice suggestive upselling to elevate the arcade experience Exceed Splitsville's cleanliness standards Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members Communicate with shift leaders and managers Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

Guest service oriented Friendly, energetic, positive attitude Ability to multitask; stays calm under pressure Team player Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexible schedule (available days, nights, weekends, holidays)
