About the Role:

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to join our crew as an Arborist. No professional experience required -- we're willing to train the right person. If you enjoy working outdoors, aren't afraid of heights, and want to build a career in tree work, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Learn and perform safe climbing techniques (ropes, harness, bucket truck) Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other arborist equipment Assist with tree removals, pruning, and maintenance Support aerial truck and air brake operations (training provided) Follow all safety procedures on job sites Work as part of a team to complete daily tasks efficiently

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (air brake endorsement an asset) Comfortable with heights and physically demanding work Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions Team-oriented with a good attitude Thick skined -- able to take direction and handle a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual
