Arborist Apprentice

Experienced Arborist

What We Offer:

Arborist Apprentice:

$17-$25/hour

Experienced Arborist:

Qualifications:

Arborist Apprentice:

Entry-level to 1-2 years arboriculture experience G driver's license in good standing (D/Z license a plus) Willingness to work outdoors in all weather Motivated, punctual, and a team player

Experienced Arborist:

2-3+ years hands-on arboriculture experience Skilled in tree pruning, removal, planting, and health assessments AR/DZ license required Comfortable with climbing, rigging, and bucket truck operation Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and lead small teams

Key Responsibilities (Based on Role & Experience):

Tree climbing and rigging Pruning, removal, and stump grinding Tree health assessments and soil analysis Tree planting and hedge trimming Bucket truck and chipper operation Structural support installation and fertilization Customer interaction and job site communication Equipment maintenance and safe operation Site clean-up and yard/shop duties
