Job Description

This is the description for the position of AR/AP Administrator. A minimum of five years related accounting in addition to accredited accounting courses. The position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing and control of day-to-day accounting activities.

Accounts payable. Accounts receivable. Maintains and updates customer files and customer service agreements. Experience with Open Invoice. AR collections. Prepare payroll. Answer phone. Quickbooks Desktop.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build a good rapport with customers, vendors, and coworkers. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as other accounting software programs. Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills. Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain absolute confidentiality in record keeping.
