Key Responsibilities


Proactively contact delinquent franchisees via phone and email, following up consistently on overdue accounts.
Coordinate with the legal department to escalate delinquent accounts when necessary.
Generate and prepare franchisee invoices according to established accounting procedures.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or franchisee inquiries.
Monitor accounts to identify non-payments or irregularities, ensuring steady cash flow.
Manage accounts receivable and oversee financial transactions related to projects and franchisees.
Conduct cost analyses and collaborate with project teams to reconcile financial discrepancies.
Prepare accurate financial reports, including statements of account (SOA).
Maintain organized records of costs and project-related expenses.
Support ad-hoc accounting and finance tasks as needed.


Qualifications & Skills Required


Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or project receivables.
Advanced proficiency in general ledger management, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Strong experience in project invoicing and billing.
Knowledge of accounting best practices and financial reporting standards.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration and client service.
Strong Excel skills; experience with accounting software is an asset.
Experience in QSR or franchising is highly preferred.


Compensation & Posting Details (2026 ESA Compliant)


Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
