Qualifications minimales | Minimum Qualifications :

Ma\xc3\xaetrise en criminologie ou \xc3\xa9quivalent et une formation plus avanc\xc3\xa9e en m\xc3\xa9thodes de recherche quantitative. Exp\xc3\xa9rience d\xc3\xa9montrable de l\xe2\x80\x99expertise dans le domaine des m\xc3\xa9thodologies quantitatives sous la forme d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9riences ant\xc3\xa9rieures en enseignement dans un cours identique ou similaire et/ou dans le cadre de recherches avec des publications dans le domaine. D\xc3\xa9montrer une connaissance pratique de l\'utilisation de diff\xc3\xa9rentes m\xc3\xa9thodes quantitatives et la capacit\xc3\xa9 de superviser des projets de recherche d\'\xc3\xa9tudiants.

Conform\xc3\xa9ment \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99article 5.7.1.1. de la Convention collective de l\xe2\x80\x99APTPUO, dans le cas d\'un candidat ou une candidate qui ne poss\xc3\xa8de pas les comp\xc3\xa9tences indiqu\xc3\xa9es, le d\xc3\xa9partement se r\xc3\xa9serve le droit de ne pas le ou la classer dans au moins la cat\xc3\xa9gorie A (voir l\xe2\x80\x99article 5.7.2) m\xc3\xaame si il ou elle a d\xc3\xa9j\xc3\xa0 enseign\xc3\xa9 le cours en tant que professeur \xc3\xa0 temps partiel r\xc3\xa9gulier.

Masters in criminology or equivalent and a more advanced training in quantitative research methods. Demonstrable track record of expertise in the field of quantitative methodologies in the form of previous teaching experience in the same or similar course and/or through research and publications in the field. Demonstrate a practical knowledge of how to use different quantitative methods and the ability to supervise student research projects.

In conformity with article 5.7.1.1. of the APTPUO Collective Agreement, in the case of a candidate who does not meet these requirements, the department reserves the right not to classify him/her in at least category A (see article 5.7.2) even if he/she has previously taught the course in question as regular part-time academic staff.
