Course Description: Ce cours met en relief le r\xc3\xb4le de chef de file assum\xc3\xa9 par les professionnels des ressources humaines lorsqu\'il est question de sant\xc3\xa9 et s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 au travail et d\'indemnisation des accident\xc3\xa9s du travail. Il passe en revue les lois en vigueur et les pratiques exemplaires en mati\xc3\xa8re de gestion du risque, d\'enqu\xc3\xaate sur un accident, de planification des mesures d\'urgence, de gestion des mati\xc3\xa8res toxiques ayant des effets physiques ou psychologiques au travail et de gestion de la diversit\xc3\xa9 (c.-\xc3\xa0-d., r\xc3\xa9pondre aux pr\xc3\xa9occupations des personnes ayant des besoins sp\xc3\xa9ciaux en mati\xc3\xa8re de sant\xc3\xa9 et s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9).
