Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sheet Metal workers(all levels) to join our team and work alongside experienced Journeyman technicians to support project efficiency and execution. This position offers the opportunity to learn from skilled professionals while also taking on independent responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have experience with ductless split systems and traditional residential HVAC setups, along with a willingness to learn and grow in the trade.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Journeyman HVAC technicians in the new installation of residential modular home HVAC systems, including ductless split systems and conventional units. Perform routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs independently with accuracy and efficiency. Support fabrication and installation of ductwork and HVAC components when required. Follow directions from supervisors and Journeymen to ensure compliance with job specifications, safety protocols, and industry standards. Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain a professional and positive work environment. Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and worksite best practices.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with ductless split system installations and traditional residential HVAC systems. Experience with sheet metal work and fabrication ("tin bashing") is a must for sheet metal applicants. Capable of working independently on assigned tasks and under the supervision of a Journeyman. Able to follow verbal and written instructions with precision. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with good communication skills. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to and from job sites. Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment, working in confined spaces, and handling various weather conditions.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with HVAC diagnostic tools and modern installation equipment. Basic knowledge of HVAC-related electrical systems. Eagerness to learn and a commitment to continuous improvement in the HVAC trade.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
