The Opportunity
We're hiring
Apprentice Plumbers (1st-4th year)
to join our growing crew.
This role is perfect for apprentices who want strong mentorship, steady hours, exposure to a wide variety of work, and a company invested in their long-term success.
You'll work closely with journeyman and other apprentices on residential, commercial, and light industrial projects--from new builds to boiler retrofits to service calls. Most work is local within Saskatoon and within 1.5 hours of Saskatoon, getting you home to your family every night.
Our leadership team handles scheduling and logistics so you can focus on building your skills, staying safe, and doing quality work you can be proud of.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-On Work & Training
Assist with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial job sites.
Support gas-fitting tasks under journeyperson supervision.
Help with testing, inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
Read and work from drawings, specs, and blueprints with guidance.
Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time on-site.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with journeyman, apprentices, and project leads.
Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, contractors, and clients when needed.
Contribute to a supportive, respectful, and team-focused work environment.
Professional Conduct
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times.
Show up with reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications
Registered Apprentice,
1st to 4th year
(Plumber)
Experience on residential or commercial sites considered an asset
Willingness to learn and take guidance with a strong work ethic
Ability to work safely, professionally, and collaboratively
Strong communication and customer-service mindset
Valid driver's license (required) and clean abstract preferred
