The successful candidate should possess a strong work ethic and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers. Responsibilities:

• A Grade 12 Diploma
• Level 1, 2 Apprentice Plumber with experience in the plumbing field considered an asset
• Must have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license with clean driver\xe2\x80\x99s abstract
• Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Be able to learn quickly
• Be able to lift heavy objects
• Be willing to learn from experienced plumbers
• Understand the importance of using safety equipment
• Need to be able to keep a clean and organized worksite
• Be punctual

Job duties This position would require assisting experienced plumbers with a variety of day-to-day tasks including:

• Removal and installation of furnaces, Water-Heaters, Air Conditioners, etc.
• Assist in plumbing rough-ins for new residential construction/renovations (sheet metal/duct work installations, running water lines, installing pex tubing and copper, drainage/venting, setting new fixtures, etc).
• Operating power tools (hammer drills, reciprocating saws, angle grinders, angle drills, impact drills).
• Installation/services of water systems (pump systems).
