We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Plumber to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will work under the supervision of experienced plumbers to learn the trade and develop your skills in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair. Duties
Assist in the installation of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
Help with the maintenance and repair of existing plumbing systems to ensure proper functionality.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
Learn to read blueprints and schematics to understand plumbing layouts and specifications.
Participate in welding tasks as needed for pipe fittings and connections.
Collaborate with team members to build, assemble, and maintain plumbing infrastructure.
Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics for accurate project execution.
Experience or familiarity with carpentry can be beneficial in certain plumbing applications.
Willingness to learn welding techniques as part of the plumbing process.
