We are currently recruiting for Apprentice Pipefitters for a turnaround project in Cochrane working a 12 hour shift. Dates are April 24 - May 21

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Must be able to take directions from supervisors and work within a team environment
  • Blind and deblind process equipment
  • Remove and install PSV\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Use torque equipment and ensure no leaks
  • Rigging experience would be an asset
  • Install supports, valves piping and control systems
  • Complete tasks in line with OCL and industry standards, procedures and practices
Requirements
  • Apprentice Pipefitter Ticket
  • Previous experience working turnarounds and oil and gas experience is an asset
  • Must have valid safety tickets: H2S Alive, WHIMIS, First Aid and Confined Space
  • Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
  • Ensure a safe team environment
  • Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions and working from heights
