We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team and gain hands-on experience in electrical installation and maintenance within various construction settings. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to develop essential skills under the guidance of experienced electricians, contributing to projects that require precision and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in electrical systems, construction, and technical problem-solving, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Assist licensed electricians in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems Use hand tools, power tools, Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation and troubleshooting Support the setup and disassembly of electrical components during construction projects Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment at all times Maintain organized work areas, tools, and materials throughout each project phase

Requirements

Basic knowledge of electrical systems gained through coursework or prior experience in construction or industrial environments Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprint reading, and low voltage wiring preferred Strong interest in developing skills as an electrician with a focus on safety and quality standards Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team on construction sites or industrial facilities Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks Willingness to learn from experienced professionals and follow detailed instructions
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 48 per week
