Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team and gain hands-on experience in electrical installation and maintenance within industrial and construction environments. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to develop essential skills under the guidance of experienced electricians, contributing to various electrical projects while adhering to safety standards and industry best practices. Responsibilities

Assist licensed electricians in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems across industrial and construction sites Use hand tools and power tools to perform wiring, conduit bending, and other electrical tasks Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation and troubleshooting Work with low voltage systems as required for specific projects Support the setup of electrical components according to project specifications Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times Participate in on-the-job training sessions to develop skills in blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and electrical code compliance

Qualifications

Basic knowledge or experience with electrical systems is preferred but not required; a strong interest in learning is essential Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction environments is a plus Ability to read schematics and blueprints is advantageous but training will be provided Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions from experienced electricians Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working at heights if necessary Prior experience with low voltage systems or industrial electrical work is a bonus but not mandatory

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
