Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated 2nd to 3rd year Apprentice Electrician to join our team and gain hands-on experience in electrical installation and maintenance within residential, commercial and industrial environments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills under the guidance of experienced electricians. The Apprentice Electrician will assist with wiring, troubleshooting, and installing electrical systems, contributing to the successful completion of various projects. Candidates should be eager to learn, safety-conscious, and possess a foundational understanding of electrical principles.

Responsibilities

Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in industrial and construction settings Use hand tools and power tools to perform wiring, conduit bending, and other electrical tasks Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation and troubleshooting Support the setup of low voltage systems and electrical components according to specifications Help maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and blueprint reading is preferred Experience with hand tools, power tools, and construction environments is advantageous Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and a proactive attitude toward learning Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate loads Must be at least 18 years old and able to comply with all safety regulations during training and work activities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
