Description:
Reporting to their Lead hand or Journeyperson, apprentice electricians are responsible for working in a team to complete the installation of building automation systems including low-voltage wiring and device installation. Apprentices are responsible for properly securing all tools and equipment at the end of each work period to prevent damage or loss.
Responsibilities:
Performing all work in a safe manner - abiding by Serv-All's Health and Safety policies as well as all government legislation and regulations
Cut, bend and install conduit
Pulling wire through conduit, ceiling spaces and walls
Installing and wiring of electrical devices, such as controllers, relays, actuators, etc.
Complete tasks with minimal supervision
Adhere to all of Serv-All Mechanical's policies and procedures
Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be an indentured 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th year electrical apprentice
Have a Class 5 drivers license and reliable vehicle
Basic hand tools and drill (tool list will be provided)
Ability to get a security clearance
Available to work out of town, shift work, nights, and weekends
Conduit bending experience needed
Controls experience considered an asset

Pay: $21.00-$35.00 per hour
