We are a West Kelowna-based construction company specializing in commercial tenant improvements and new single-family home construction. Our projects offer a wide variety of work, giving our team exposure to both residential and commercial systems.

What You'll Do:

Work with our team on start-to-finish construction projects. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully understand project requirements. Contribute to meet deadlines and ensure quality standards. Assist in site layout, wood/steel stud framing, interior/exterior finishing work, formwork and general contractor duties.
What We're Looking For:

Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and various construction materials. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
