The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for warm leads who have already requested help with hair loss or scalp conditions.
Your mission:

book and collect payment

for our $200 Hair & Scalp Consultation with a Specialist.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment -- you'll be measured, coached, and rewarded for results.

What You'll Do

Have 20 - 30 conversations daily with people actively seeking help for hair loss or scalp conditions. Build rapport, uncover needs, and confidently communicate our consultation's value. Collect $200 payment to secure the appointment. Track conversations and update notes in the sales pipeline after every call. Follow up with texts and calls to re-engage unbooked leads. Hit and exceed daily and weekly goals for calls, connections, and bookings.

Book and collect payment for

176+ consultations per month

Maintain a

20% conversion rate

from contact to paid booking Generate

$35,200+ in monthly consultation revenue

Consistently meet weekly targets for calls, contacts, and bookings

Compensation

Base Pay (guaranteed minimum):

$20-$22/hr ($3,500-$3,850/month)

Per Paid Consultation Bonus:

$50 each

Weekly Performance Bonus:

$200-$600

Monthly Ladder Bonus:

$300-$750

Performance Accelerator:

+$500 for 50+ paid bookings in one week

Average performers earn:

$7K-$8K/month

Top performers earn:

$10K+/month
