Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. This is a contractor-role, not direct hire. Compensation is hourly plus performance bonuses.

In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion to win.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to potential customers.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team by coordinating with client availability.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments using our CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving appointment generation.
- Follow up with leads to ensure engagement and maximize conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment-setting process.

Requirements

- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is preferred.
- Experience using a CRM software is desirable.
- Strong business development skills with an ability to identify and engage potential clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during calls.
- Comfortable making outbound calls in a high-volume environment.
