Service Appointment Coordinator

About the Role:
As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will respond to customer requests, provide information, book appointments, and help develop lasting relationships with our customers.
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to accurately schedule service appointments;
Confirm and update customer information;
Call customers to confirm service appointments and follow-up phone with customers on missed and outstanding appointments, outstanding service campaigns, or recalls;
Advise customers of recommended services as per the maintenance schedule;
Perform follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship; and
Additional duties as assigned by management.
Applicants must have:
Customer service experience and the ability to maintain positive relationships with customers;
Excellent attention to detail;
Excellent organization skills and ability to work under pressure;
Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone;
Ability to work independently or part of a team;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Experience with a dealership management system is an asset;
Class 5 Drivers' License with acceptable driving record is an asset; and
Experience in the Automotive Service industry is an asset
