Our Business Development and Retention team is focused on
customer satisfaction, retention, and maximizing service department performance
. As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of this mission--ensuring our technician time is fully utilized and our customers are receiving the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently book service appointments, ensuring time slots align with technician availability to optimize shop productivity.
Coordinate customer care tasks, including:
Arranging loaner vehicles
Updating and maintaining accurate customer profiles
Facilitate smooth communication between departments (Service, Parts, Sales) to streamline the customer journey.
Proactively sell recommended services based on the manufacturer's maintenance schedule and previous service history.
Perform outbound calls to bring in business and maintain customer contact, including:
Service reminders
First service visits
Recalls and outstanding warranty items
Prepaid maintenance follow-ups
Support marketing and promotional initiatives as directed by management.

Previous automotive experience is
