Position: ABA Lead
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, including some weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00/hour
Expected Hours: 16-40 per week

What You'll Bring:
A high standard of care, compassion, and professionalism
Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
Experience working with clients with developmental disabilities, dual diagnoses, and complex behaviours
Leadership skills and initiative
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for community travel
Valid First Aid/CPR
Ability to obtain a clear Vulnerable Sector Check
Responsibilities:
Build strong, supportive relationships with clients
Advocate for and assist with client needs
Implement individualized behaviour plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)
Respond to crisis situations with urgency and professionalism
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and update the BCBA regularly
Collaborate and coach team members
Prepare program materials as needed
Support scheduling and team needs when required
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum
1+ year of ABA experience (preferred)
3+ years of behaviour support experience (preferred)
CPI or Safe Management Group training (preferred)
Additional training in behaviour management/modification (an asset)
Education:
Post-secondary diploma or degree in Behavioural Science and Technology, Psychology, or a related field
RBT certification is considered an asset
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Other Details:
Flexible language requirement: French not required
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed
