Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with a focus on appliance repair. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Duties

Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues using schematics and technical manuals. Perform repairs on a wide range of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and HVAC systems. Assemble and disassemble appliances as needed for repairs or maintenance. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their appliance issues and repair processes. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

Proven experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand electrical systems and HVAC components. Familiarity with reading schematics and technical diagrams is essential. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license may be required for travel to various job sites.
