Responsibilities

Scheduling and dispatching service calls to service technicians in the field Scheduling pre-arranged service contract inspections Work directly with customers and technicians to ensure that there is ongoing communication and effective operations within the service department. Recommend and educate customers on OEM services and maintenance Work under timelines without compromising quality of work. Handle all customer service related questions and concerns with a genuine intent to advise and help solve their problem. Build strong rapport with customers and create a customer base through effective contact methods that make sense for the customer, including inbound and outbound telephone calls. Considerate of the customer experience, willing to consistently commit to following through with prospecting calls and follow-up with customers within specific time frames. Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions Prepare work orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering information into service database system Other duties as assigned Ensure accuracy of customer information on file as well as accuracy of information regarding the concern, cause and correction on the repair order

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
