Job Description

We are looking for a Service Dispatch Professional to join our Wilson's Heating team at our Lower Sackville office. Join our expanding team and a company that was named one of Canada's Fifty Best Managed Companies.

With 110+ years providing comfort solutions Atlantic Canadians, you'll be joining a trusted team of experts who pride themselves on delivering an exceptional client experience.

As the successful candidate, you will be primarily responsible for dispatching propane service/install technicians, accurate and timely data entry, analyzing data and reaching out to obtain missing data when necessary, answering and routing phone calls, occasionally assisting customers at the counter, and other general administrative duties.

This role reports to the Branch/Admin Manager and works closely with several other team members.

Our next Service Dispatcher is someone who is:

Detail-oriented and highly organized. Thrives in a team-first environment. Focused on creating positive customer experiences. Versatile in task management. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable with administrative software (eg., Word, Excel). Excels under pressure and meets deadlines.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service role Experience in dispatching is an asset Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a team environment Knowledge of GPS systems; familiar with Sackville and surrounding areas geography Multitasking skills Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment; for example, to triage customer requests to efficiently schedule service technicians Knowledge of computer programs and aptitude to learn new software systems Excellent communication skills Experience in another data entry or customer service role is an asset

Compensation:

This position is compensated at $46,000 - $48,000 per year depending on experience.
