The Part Time Appliance Sales Associate provides the highest level of customer service to customers with expert advice and detailed information required to close the sale.For this position you will receive a base pay with incentive opportunities for sales of Extended Protection Plans.What you will do:\xc2\xb7 Maintain the stock condition, the showroom standards, and ensure a clean and safe shopping & work environment.\xc2\xb7 Ability to assist with merchandising and store product set-up.\xc2\xb7 Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.\xc2\xb7 Provide face to face assistance customers with specialized and sound advice on all home appliance products as well as supporting products, warranty plans, pickup and delivery options, and payment and financing options, with the focus being on closing the sale.\xc2\xb7 Work with a wide range of customers to sell a wide range of appliance products.\xc2\xb7 Prepare estimates, close the sale, and follow up on deliveries.\xc2\xb7 Maintain and develop relationships with customers, addressing and resolving customer needs and/or complaints.What you bring:\xc2\xb7 Exceptional customer service skills with proven ability to close the sale.\xc2\xb7 Sales Experience in a fast-paced customer service and sales environment in Retail.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.\xc2\xb7 Adherence to company policies and procedures\xc2\xb7 You will have to pass a standard background check.What we offer:\xc2\xb7 A safe work environment\xc2\xb7 Wellness program\xc2\xb7 Scholarship and Bursaries\xc2\xb7 Employee and Family Assistance Plan\xc2\xb7 Employee discount\xc2\xb7 Continuous learning and Career advancementCompany Profile:Kent is the largest retail building supply chain in Atlantic Canada.
