About the Role:
As our
Apple Technical Lead
, you'll play a key role in the daily operation of our service department, supporting both customers and team members to ensure efficient workflow, consistent quality, and exceptional service experiences.
We pride ourselves on providing professional, value-based solutions -- not free troubleshooting -- and we're looking for someone who can uphold that standard while ensuring clients feel informed, respected, and supported.
Responsibilities:
Provide advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair support for Apple products.
Support and guide other team members in technical processes and customer interactions.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding service options, timelines, and costs.
Ensure that all service work meets Apple quality and reporting standards.
Track service performance, including turnaround times, customer satisfaction, and completion rates.
Work toward
quota and revenue targets
, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
Contribute ideas for process improvement and new service offerings that enhance customer value.
Foster a professional, solutions-oriented atmosphere across all service interactions.
Qualifications:
Strong Apple technical knowledge (Apple certifications an asset).
Previous experience in a service or technical leadership role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think strategically about growth and improvement.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Goal-oriented with experience meeting or exceeding performance targets.
