Main Responsibilities:

Invoice processing: Receive, review and process invoices from vendors and suppliers accurately and efficiently Vendor analysis and reconciliation: analyze vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding balances. Reconcile key vendor accounts to identify opportunities to optimize workflows and ensure amounts are accurately recorded and accounted for. Vendor maintenance: analyze and clean vendor profiles to ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor information Reporting: prepare accounts payable reports and analysis for management review. Provide additional insights and recommendations to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Cross functional collaboration: actively work other departments such as operations to streamline processes. Additional Tasks: Support Managers with other duties as required.

Qualifications

Minimum two (2) years automated AP experience; 1-2 years work experience in medical clinic. / hospital or insurance office Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Action-oriented, highly organized, results-oriented, independent problem solver with demonstrated clinical, medical legal assessment and/or adjudication experience Detailed familiarity with the current and prior auto insurance legislation, arbitration and associated legal decisions. Solid command of the English language and demonstrated excellent communication skills Flexible and team-oriented
