Apartment Rental Manager

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused

Apartment Rental Manager

to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day rental operations, building strong resident relationships, and ensuring our community continues to thrive.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the rental property, including leasing, move-ins, and move-outs. Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests. Conduct property tours, process rental applications, and prepare lease agreements. Maintain accurate records of tenant information, rent payments, and building operations. Ensure compliance with tenancy regulations and company policies. Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure suites and common areas are well-kept. Assist in marketing and advertising efforts to maximize occupancy. Foster a positive, community-focused environment for all residents.

Qualifications

Previous experience in property management, leasing, or real estate (preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in property management software (Buildium or similar experience is an asset). Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act in BC is an asset. Ability to handle sensitive tenant matters with professionalism and discretion.
