We build alearning community with our excellent tutors and consultants, to help students achieve their goals for not only their academic performance but also their personal and future endeavours. We are now offering competitive ratesfor instructors/consultants who are capable and passionate about teaching and helping our students. We are seeking the following positions:
Contract length: 24 months Salary: $35.00-$45.00 per hour Benefits:
- Computer Science/Programming Tutor
- A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field (university students in 3rd and the 4th year of studies are welcome)
- Strong understanding of any or all following: Scratch,C language, Minecraft, Python, Java
- Experience in working with kids or teenagers, in personalized or group instruction;
- Past tutoring experience and familiarity with AP/IB Curriculum or any programming contestare definitely pluses.
- Are organized, motivated, and enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of students.
- Have strong communication skills in English.
- Weekend availability preferred.
- This position is available for part-time and full-time.
- All curriculum is ready to go but is always in the process of being revised as classes run.
- Instructors will be required to prepare for lessons, provide brief course outline before the beginning of a semester/term and give homework to students during the course
- Evaluate the take-home project and provide meaningful feedback of students\xe2\x80\x99 performance
- must be legally authorized to work in Canada, and also past a background check as part of the on-boarding process.
