DescriptionThis A/P Clerk Position Features:

  • Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
  • Salary: $22-23/hr
Duties include but not limited to:
  • Collaborate with the Controller to maintain disbursement goals and general A/P
  • Prepare and fill out payments (cash, check, credit and other forms of payment)
  • Audits purchase requests for materials, supplies, equipment
  • Post A/P data and company payments to general ledgers
  • Review bills to company for errors and/or discrepancies
Requirements
  • College Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 2 years direct experience in an A/P capacity
  • Strong knowledge of payment regulations and fair credit practices
  • Advanced proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheet programs and applications; Microsoft Navision is an asset
  • Effective attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • MUST HAVE reliable transportation, location not transit accessible
