Job Summary

We are seeking for an Animal Health Technician for our Veterinary Services department, site located in Sherbrooke.

The following are responsibilities related to the Technician position :

  • Work together with the Veterinarians in order to ensure the well-being of the animals
  • Administer treatments, conduct general examinations and minor surgeries
  • Ensure the well-being, comfort and security of the animals
  • Maintain the veterinary laboratory in good order.
The following are minimum qualifications related to the Technician position:
  • Possesses a DEC in Animal Health or equivalent
  • Has practical experience as a Technician (injection, blood collection, clinical signs, etc.)
  • Is responsible, dynamic and organize
  • Ability to work in a team environment

About Safety Assessment
Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance.
